Ingredients:
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4 pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to broil.
  • Spread the mustard evenly on both sides of the pork chops.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Dredge the pork chops in the crumbs so both sides are evenly coated.
